How long does shipping take?

  • Germany: 1-3 working days
  • Switzerland:  1-3 working days
  • France: 1-5 working days
  • Italy: 1-5 working days
  • Netherlands:  1-5 working days
  • Belgium: 1-5 working days
  • Spain: 1-5 working days
  • Rest of Europe:  1-7 working days

You will receive an email from our customer service department with the tracking number once your order has left the warehouse. In case the tracking number does not work, you can try again after a few hours, as the system may take a little longer than expected to update the information.

What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return the entire purchase, or part of it, within 14 working days from the date of delivery. to do this, simply contact us at info@perv3rse.it explaining the reason for the return and we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us for a refund of the cost of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received.  In the unlikely event that the product has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it, or if it is out of stock, we will refund the full cost of your purchase, at no further cost to you.
