Refund policy
Return
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you that the refund has been approved or rejected. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method within a certain period of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. It often takes some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all this and you have not yet received your refund, please contact us at info@perv3rse.it. Sale Items (if applicable) Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately Sale items cannot be refunded.
Replacement (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to change it for the same article, send us an email to info@perv3rse.it and send your article to: Via Gaetano Salvemini 12, 80020 Casavatore NA, Italy. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the replaced product to reach you can vary.
